Social Media & Content Director (The "Shadow")
Part Time Or Full Time

JobSnob Exclusive

Social Media Director & Content Creator – Become the Voice of a Premier Plastic Surgery Brand

The Role: We are looking for a creative visionary to take our plastic surgery practice to a viral level. This is not a desk job. You will be the "Surgeon’s Shadow," capturing the day-to-day excitement of the OR, patient reveals, and the high-energy personality of our practice.

We don't just want "posts." We want a media empire. We are looking for the person who can take us to the level of the top influencers in the medical aesthetic space.

What You Will Actually Do:

  • Create, Create, Create: You are filming and editing every single day. From educational deep-dives to trending TikToks and humorous skits.
  • Direct the Talent: You will work directly with the Surgeon, directing them on camera, scripting hooks, and identifying trends we need to jump on today.
  • Own the Feed: You control the Instagram and TikTok grid. You decide the aesthetic, the captions, and the posting schedule.
  • Community Management: You are the voice of the brand in the DMs and comments, converting fans into leads.

What We Don’t Want:

  • We do not want you managing Google Ads or backend SEO. We have partners for that. We want your brain 100% focused on Content and Brand growth.

Who You Are:

  • A Mobile Video Wizard: You can edit faster on your phone (CapCut/InShot) than most people can on a computer. You know how to use hooks to stop the scroll.
  • Trend Obsessed: You know what audio is trending on TikTok before it hits the mainstream.
  • Thick Skinned & Bold: You aren't afraid to tell the Surgeon, "That take was boring, let's do it again with more energy."
  • Visual Storyteller: You understand that Plastic Surgery is about transformation and confidence, and you know how to tell that story visually.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio that proves you can get views. (Don't send a resume, send your TikTok/Reels links).
  • Experience in the aesthetic/beauty space is a plus, but a great eye for content is mandatory.
  • Comfortable filming in a medical environment (OR/Procedure rooms).

What makes us different is how we integrate these treatments with regenerative therapies, clean skincare, and wellness-forward practices. Aesthetic Provider (RN/NP/PA)
Part Time Or Full Time
Williamsburg
VA
JobSnob Exclusive

We are a growing aesthetic practice located in the heart of Williamsburg, Virginia, situated in a high-traffic retail center with strong walk-in visibility. After transitioning away from a franchise model, the practice is entering an exciting new phase of independence and growth — with a renewed focus on elevated patient experience, clinical excellence, and long-term sustainability.

We are now seeking an experienced Aesthetic Provider to join the team and play a meaningful role in shaping the next chapter of the practice. This is a true provider role with consistent patient volume — no self-sourcing required.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an established aesthetic provider who enjoys autonomy, values team culture, and is looking for a long-term home within a growing medspa. There is strong support from ownership and administration, along with openness to provider input as the practice evolves.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide aesthetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.)
  • Perform and/or oversee laser treatments (all laser training provided by Cynosure)
  • Conduct thorough consultations and treatment planning
  • Build long-term patient relationships and deliver consistent, high-quality results
  • Collaborate with leadership to help elevate clinical standards and offerings
  • Maintain excellent documentation, safety standards, and patient care practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Virginia (or eligible)
  • Previous aesthetic experience required (not open to new grads)
  • Confident, reliable, and clinically independent
  • Motivated, growth-oriented, and collaborative
  • Interest in a long-term role within a growing practice
  • Medical Director experience or eligibility is a plus, not mandatory

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Full-time (30–40 hours/week) or Part-time (~20 hours/week)
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month (weekday off in exchange)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay + monthly commission
  • Medical benefits
  • 401(k)
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • 7 paid holidays
  • 3 sick days
  • $3,000 annual continuing education budget + 3 paid CE days per year
  • Strong patient flow — no need to build your own book

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Established patient base with consistent volume
  • High-visibility location with built-in traffic
  • Supportive ownership and admin team
  • Opportunity to influence practice growth and structure
  • Training provided for laser technologies
  • Long-term stability in an industry known for turnover
