Position: Patient Coordinator

Our premier medical aesthetics clinic in Birmingham, MI is hiring a full-time Patient Coordinator with leadership experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary patient care coordinator for all in-clinic experiences, ensuring clients feel supported from consultation to post-treatment.
  • Deliver expert education on aesthetic treatments, explain procedures clearly, and personalize care plans for each patient.
  • Promote and sell high-value services by demonstrating how each treatment supports patient goals - improving conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Manage front-office and back-office functions, including scheduling, inventory, payment processing, and EMR documentation.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with local clients, following up post-treatment and maintaining engagement.
  • Represent our clinic at local wellness expos, community events, and through outbound marketing across Birmingham.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all services offered at our clinic, including skincare brands like SkinCeuticals, SkinMedica, Obagi, and NeoCutis.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic sales, patient coordination, or licensed medical esthetician roles.
  • Strong familiarity with Birmingham’s local market and experience building patient loyalty in the region is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a proven record of exceeding sales targets in a Birmingham-area clinic or wellness center.
  • Solid understanding of patient coordinator responsibilities, including customer service, clinical documentation, and product knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Patient coordinator salary range: $50,000–$100,000 per year (base + bonus)
