Join an Established Physician Led Medical Aesthetics Practice

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled aesthetic injector to join our established, physician-led medical spa in Kennesaw, Georgia.

This is not intended to be a cold-start opportunity. The incoming injector will benefit from existing patient demand, active marketing support, an established local reputation, a growing membership program, and opportunities to develop lasting relationships with patients from both our med spa and our affiliated women’s health practice.

Named Best Med Spa in Cobb County for 2026, we combine high clinical standards with personalized care, natural-looking outcomes, and a warm boutique experience. We are looking for an injector who wants more than a transactional treatment environment and is interested in building a long-term career within a respected and growing practice.

A Four Day Full Time Opportunity

Full-time with us is defined as four scheduled days per week. We believe an experienced injector should be able to build an exceptional career without routinely working five days each week.

A consistent three-day schedule may also be considered for an exceptional candidate. Compensation guarantees and production expectations are adjusted proportionately according to the agreed schedule.

Occasional Saturday availability is preferred, but a weekly Saturday schedule is not required. The regular schedule will be established and agreed upon before employment begins.

Compensation With Income Protection and Meaningful Upside

We offer a structured compensation program designed to provide income security while the injector becomes established and transitions to production-based earnings.

For a four-day full-time injector, the initial 90-day compensation floor is equivalent to $96,000 annually or $8,000 per month.

For an approved three-day schedule, the initial 90-day compensation floor is equivalent to $72,000 annually or $6,000 per month.

This is a nonrecoverable compensation guarantee. The injector will not be required to repay us if production during the guaranteed period does not fully support the compensation floor.

Following the initial ramp-up period, compensation is reviewed every 90 days and progressively transitions to production-based earnings. Production commissions begin at:

·    18% on neurotoxin revenue

·    20% on dermal filler and biostimulator revenue

·    10% on eligible retail product sales

·    Eligible gratuities

Higher production tiers provide opportunities to earn commissions of up to:

·    22% on neurotoxin revenue

·    26% on dermal filler and biostimulator revenue

During an applicable guaranteed tier, injectable compensation is generally the greater of the established compensation floor or earned injectable commissions—not both added together. Retail commissions and eligible gratuities are paid separately.

A productive four-day injector can reasonably achieve total annual compensation of approximately $100,000 to $180,000 or more, depending on experience, production, patient retention, and continued growth.

Benefits and Professional Support

Benefits for eligible full-time employees include:

·    $550 monthly individual health benefit for full-time

·    Paid time off

·    401(k) with employer match up to 3.5%

·    Comprehensive onboarding

·    Paid or practice-supported clinical education and advanced training

·    Employee treatment and skincare benefits

·    Marketing and administrative support

·    Patient-retention and rebooking support

·    Retail commission

·    Eligible gratuities

·    Increasing commission opportunities as production grows

Benefit eligibility for a three-day schedule will be discussed based on the final employment arrangement and applicable plan requirements.

The Clinical Opportunity

Our injector will provide individualized consultations and treatments emphasizing facial balance, appropriate treatment planning, patient education, safety, and natural-looking results.

Injectable Services

·    Botox and Dysport

·    Juvéderm products

·    Restylane products

·    Sculptra

·    Other appropriate injectable and biostimulatory treatments

Complementary Aesthetic Services

·    VirtueRF microneedling

·    SkinPen microneedling

·    IPL photofacials

·    CoolPeel laser resurfacing

·    Motus AZ+ laser hair removal

·    DiamondGlow

·    VI Peels

·    Physiq body treatments

·    PRP treatments

·    Medical-grade skincare

Our combination of injectables, advanced technology, professional skincare, aesthetics memberships, and an affiliated women’s health practice creates meaningful opportunities for collaborative treatment planning, cross-referrals, and long-term patient retention.

Primary Responsibilities

·    Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop personalized short- and long-term treatment plans.

·    Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other approved injectable treatments safely and confidently.

·    Deliver balanced, natural-looking results consistent with our clinical philosophy.

·    Educate patients about treatment choices, expected outcomes, skincare, maintenance, and pre- and post-treatment instructions.

·    Develop strong patient relationships that encourage retention, rebooking, and referrals.

·    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and consistent before-and-after photography.

·    Monitor outcomes, provide appropriate follow-up care, and respond appropriately to potential complications.

·    Follow all clinical, infection-control, privacy, and medical-director protocols.

·    Collaborate with our physician, aestheticians, patient coordinators, and administrative team.

·    Participate in reasonable marketing, educational, social media, and patient-event activities.

·    Contribute positively to practice growth without compromising clinical judgment or patient trust.

Candidate Qualifications

We will consider Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and highly experienced Registered Nurses who possess the appropriate Georgia license and demonstrate exceptional aesthetic injecting ability.

The ideal candidate will have:

·    An active and unrestricted Georgia RN, NP, APRN, or PA-C license.

·    At least two years of substantial hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.

·    Demonstrated proficiency with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.

·    Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, facial balancing, patient selection, and aesthetic safety.

·    Experience with biostimulators and cannula techniques, preferably.

·    A high-quality portfolio demonstrating balanced and natural-looking outcomes.

·    Excellent consultation, communication, and patient-education skills.

·    A history of patient retention, rebooking, referrals, or practice growth.

·    Strong clinical judgment and the ability to recognize and respond to complications.

·    Professionalism, dependability, warmth, and attention to detail.

·    The ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and receptive to clinical standards.

·    A commitment to ethical recommendations rather than high-pressure or unnecessary treatment.

Exceptional candidates with strong advanced training, an excellent portfolio, and slightly less than two full years of injecting experience may also be considered.

Highly experienced RN candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. RN applicants should have significant independent injecting experience, advanced training, a verifiable treatment portfolio, and a demonstrated history of safe outcomes and patient retention.

An existing patient following is welcome but is not required. More important to us is the ability to earn trust, deliver excellent results, retain patients, and build lasting relationships.

Why Us

At our Spa, an experienced injector can develop a loyal patient following without assuming all the risk of starting from the ground up. We offer:

·    An established and respected local practice with existing patient demand and cross-referral opportunities.

·    Direct physician leadership and clinical support.

·    A four-day full-time schedule.

·    A meaningful, nonrecoverable compensation guarantee during the ramp-up period.

·    Transparent production commissions with increasing earning potential.

·    Advanced aesthetic technology and complementary treatment services.

·    Marketing, administrative, and patient-retention support.

·    A collaborative team that values professional input.

·    A clinical philosophy centered on safety, integrity, and natural results.

·    A genuine opportunity to build a long-term career and help shape the future of the injectable practice.

We maintain high standards, but we also believe talented providers should be supported, compensated transparently, and given the resources needed to succeed.
