Core Responsibilities
1. Injectable & Aesthetic Mastery
- Lead Injector: Independently perform advanced injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers) with an artistic eye for natural, balanced results.
- Aesthetic Expert: Provide consultative, comprehensive treatment planning that includes ancillary services such as lasers, RF, body contouring, and skin resurfacing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years of dedicated aesthetic injectable experience required.
2. Men’s Wellness Leadership
- Division Growth: Champion and expand our Men’s Sexual Wellness offerings, including procedures such as P-Shot (PRP/PRF) and Girth Enhancement.
- Integrated Care: Collaborate on hormone optimization (HRT) and regenerative medicine treatments to deliver holistic results.
- Patient Connection: Communicate with professionalism and empathy when addressing sensitive men’s health concerns.
3. Sales & Business Acumen
- Revenue Driver: Convert consultations into ongoing treatment plans through strong consultative sales skills.
