We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Operations Leader to oversee and optimize the operations of our growing multi-location aesthetic and surgical practice. Requirements

Clinic Operations & Workflow

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of 3 clinics, ensuring alignment with brand and quality standards.
Standardize processes and workflows to improve patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and cross-site consistency.
  • Partner with Practice Managers to identify bottlenecks, implement workflow improvements, and streamline communication between teams.
  • Build and oversee a remote call center to centralize scheduling, lead management, and patient communications.

Staff Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support Practice Managers, Front Office Leads, and administrative staff across locations.
  • Establish KPIs and performance review systems that encourage accountability and growth.
  • Create clear career paths, ongoing training, and development opportunities to elevate team skillsets.
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered, and collaborative culture that aligns with the practice’s core values.

Financial & Business Operations

  • Partner closely with leadership to monitor revenue performance, profitability, and operational costs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvements, and margin optimization.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of key metrics (e.g., patient retention, utilization, conversion rates).

Patient Experience & Quality

  • Ensure each location delivers a consistent, elevated experience for every patient—from consultation through post-treatment.
  • Partner with leadership and clinical teams to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Analyze patient feedback and implement initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the escalation point for patient or operational issues requiring leadership oversight.

Expansion & Strategic Projects

  • Drive operational readiness for the opening of new clinics, including staffing, systems, and training.
  • Lead special projects, new technology implementation, and process redesign initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and clinical teams to align growth strategies with operational capacity.

As a director of practice operations, you’ll play a key role in shaping systems that scale efficiently across all locations in the Bay Area. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in healthcare operations manager jobs or clinic operations manager jobs to step into a broader strategic leadership role.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Oversee multi-clinic operations to ensure alignment with brand, quality, and performance standards across all locations
Standardize and optimize workflows to improve patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and cross-site communication
  • Lead and develop clinic teams, including Practice Managers and administrative staff, fostering accountability, growth, and a patient-centered culture
  • Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience through consistent service delivery, compliance, and proactive issue resolution
  • Drive expansion and strategic initiatives, including new clinic openings, technology implementation, and process improvement projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Lead Aesthetic Injector | Scottsdale Anti-Aging & Wellness Clinic

About the Clinic

We are expanding our aesthetic division and seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector ready to take on a leadership role in one of Scottsdale’s most dynamic anti-aging clinics. This opportunity is ideal for RNs and NPs seeking aesthetic nurse injector jobs or botox injector jobs within a rapidly growing medical aesthetics and wellness environment.

Our clinic blends aesthetics, hormone optimization, peptides, IV therapy, and medical weight loss; creating a comprehensive approach where beauty meets longevity. With over 75% of our current revenue in wellness, we’re now focused on elevating our aesthetic division and looking for a confident injector to help lead that growth.

This is more than an injector position; it’s an opportunity to become the face of a fast-growing brand and help shape the future of anti-aging in Scottsdale, AZ.

The Role

  • Perform advanced injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, PRF, exosomes)
  • Administer IV therapy and collaborate on patient wellness programs
  • Design full-face rejuvenation plans for high-end clientele
  • Educate wellness patients already in clinic on aesthetic options
  • Access advanced technology including Morpheus8 and InMode platforms
  • Option to expand into longevity-based treatments (HRT, peptides, NAD+, weight loss)

This position is perfect for professionals searching for aesthetic injector jobs, RN injector jobs, or nurse injector jobs that blend artistry, science, and patient care in one rewarding career.

Why Join Us

  • Established wellness base: Access a consistent flow of health-focused patients ready to invest in aesthetics
  • Sales-driven culture: We’re looking for someone confident in recommending full-face plans and comfortable closing high-value treatments—not a “soft seller”
  • Leadership potential: Opportunity to grow into Lead Injector and become the public face of our aesthetic division
  • Growth incentives: Competitive pay structure with profit share or equity opportunities for the right injector
  • Operational support: We handle marketing, logistics, and scheduling so you can focus on patient outcomes and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed RN with advanced injectable experience and strong artistry
  • Skilled in IV therapy and blood draws
  • Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented, with a track record of converting consultations into treatments
  • Professional, driven, and aligned with a results-based, wellness-integrated model
  • Passionate about natural outcomes and building long-term patient relationships

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Aesthetic Injector or botox nurse looking to advance their career in Scottsdale, Arizona within a results-driven, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, Sculptra, PRF, exosomes)
  • Administer IV therapy and collaborate on patient wellness programs
  • Design customized full-face rejuvenation plans for a high-end clientele
  • Confidently recommend and convert treatment plans (sales-driven environment)
  • Educate existing wellness patients on aesthetic options and outcomes
  • Contribute to growing and shaping the aesthetic division of our clinic

Qualifications

  • Licensed RN with advanced injectable experience
  • Skilled in IV therapy and blood draws
  • Proven track record of patient retention and revenue growth
  • Sales-oriented mindset — confident discussing treatment plans and closing high-value procedures
  • Strong aesthetic eye for natural, balanced results
  • Professional, reliable, and interested in long-term growth and leadership opportunities

If you’re an experienced RN or NP passionate about aesthetics and looking for top-tier aesthetic nurse practitioner jobs in the Scottsdale area, this position offers the chance to grow, lead, and make an impact in a thriving wellness environment.
