Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled, patient-focused Aesthetic Injector who is passionate about male facial aesthetics, clinical excellence, and long-term patient relationships. You will be responsible for delivering personalized treatment plans across injectables, regenerative aesthetics, and advanced skin therapies while educating and guiding patients throughout their aesthetic journey.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, mastery of technique, and the opportunity to grow with a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

1)    Conduct comprehensive consultations tailored to male facial anatomy, skin health, and aesthetic goals

2)    Perform injectable treatments including:

a)    Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®)

b)    Dermal fillers (HA and biostimulatory fillers)

3)    Deliver advanced regenerative and skin treatments, including:

a)    PRF/PRP (facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, ezPRF / ezGEL)

b)    Microneedling (with and without PRF)

c)    Hydrafacial® and advanced medical-grade facials

d)    Skin rejuvenation and texture optimization protocols

4)    Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, long-term maintenance plans, and outcomes

5)    Provide post-treatment care, follow-up, and ongoing patient relationship management

6)    Maintain the highest standards of safety, sterility, and documentation

7)    Collaborate with leadership to refine protocols, treatment offerings, and clinical workflows

8)    Stay current on emerging techniques, products, and trends in men’s aesthetics and regenerative medicine

Qualifications:

1)    Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetic Injector

2)    Strong command of male facial anatomy and masculinizing aesthetic principles

3)    Exceptional communication and bedside manner with a confidence-driven male clientele

4)    Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team

5)    Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed

6)    Nevada licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse (injector-experienced RNs considered)
