1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, visiting, or using jobsnob.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

JobSnob operates the JobSnob Job Board and provides concierge recruitment services connecting employers with qualified professionals.

3. Concierge Recruitment Services

JobSnob's concierge recruitment services are distinct from the JobSnob Job Board and are not governed by the Refund Policy. Each concierge engagement is subject to a separate written agreement executed by the employer at the outset of the engagement, which sets forth the applicable fees, guarantee provisions, and replacement or refund terms. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the executed agreement shall govern with respect to those services.

4. Payments

All Job Board purchases are subject to the JobSnob Refund Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Results

JobSnob provides a platform and services designed to connect employers with qualified professionals; however, JobSnob makes no representation or guarantee regarding any particular outcome. Access to or use of jobsnob.com, the purchase of any Job Board package, or the submission of any candidate profile does not guarantee applicant volume, interviews, hires, offers of employment, or employment of any kind. JobSnob acts solely as a recruitment and job-posting service. Candidates presented through the JobSnob platform or by a JobSnob employee are not employed by JobSnob, and any employment relationship is formed directly between the employer and the candidate. All hiring decisions, and compliance with applicable employment laws, remain the sole responsibility of the employer. JobSnob does not independently verify all information provided by employers or candidates and assumes no responsibility for their representations or conduct.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of jobsnob.com shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.

7. Changes to These Terms

JobSnob may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of jobsnob.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
