All job postings are confidential. Your practice name and identifying information are not displayed publicly, allowing you to recruit discreetly while attracting qualified candidates.
All job postings are reviewed by our team before they are published. Most jobs are approved and live within 1–2 business hours.

If you choose to utilize our recruiting services for a job you have previously posted on the job board, your job board listing will be included and any payments made will be credited toward the recruiting fee upon placement.
For roles requiring more experience and/or specialized skills, such as Aesthetic Injector, Medical Aesthetician, and Practice Manager, we strongly encourage you to use our Concierge Recruiting services. A more tailored approach is most successful in securing top talent for these and other high-level positions. Support roles, such as Front Office, Medical Assistants, etc., perform best on the job board.
Although each position differs, most job posts receive applicants within 5-7 days.; however, results vary based on the role, location, compensation, and experience required. If your position is highly specialized, our Concierge Recruiting service may be a better fit.You will receive an email alert when a candidate applies to your position. Once our team approves an applicant, you'll receive an email notification and can access the applicant’s resumes and profiles via the Employer Dashboard.
