Aesthetic Nurse (RN/NP) – Part-Time | Growth-Focused Training Role

Our practice is growing, and we’re looking for a part-time Aesthetic Nurse who is passionate about skin health, natural results, and developing strong clinical skills in aesthetic medicine. This role is ideal for a nurse who wants to build a strong foundation in skincare, skin services and devices first, with a structured pathway into injectables and regenerative aesthetics over time.

Schedule

Part-time to start - 3 days per week initially

Increase to 4 days per week around 6 months depending on performance and schedule growth

Includes at least every other Saturday and one evening per week

Growth & Training Pathway

This role is designed for someone who wants deep, structured training in aesthetics, not a fast track to injecting.

Initial focus will be on skin health and energy-based devices, including:

• Advanced skincare consultations and treatment planning

• Microneedling with PRF

• RF Microneedling with PRF + TriLift

• MOXI laser treatments

• DMK Enzyme & StemZyme treatments, Skin Revision Treatments

• Medical-grade skincare education and product guidance

As skills develop and clinical competency is demonstrated, training may progress in stages:

Phase 1 – Foundations (first several months)

• Skin assessments and treatment planning

• Energy-based devices and skin treatments

• Skincare education and client relationship building

Phase 2 – Neurotoxin Training

After several months of foundational training, structured education in neurotoxin (Botox/Jeuveau/Dysport) will begin, including:

• Anatomy and safety training

• Injection theory and observation

• Supervised clinical training before independent injecting

Phase 3 – Advanced Injectables

Following demonstrated proficiency with neurotoxins:

• Cannula technique training

• Dermal fillers

• PRF/PRP therapies

• Ultrasound-guided aesthetics

Phase 4 – Regenerative Aesthetics

After approximately 6–12 months of injectable experience, training may expand to regenerative and advanced treatments depending on performance, learning curve, and clinical judgment.

This is a long-term mentorship role designed to build excellent clinicians.

Compensation Growth

Base compensation initially plus skincare commission

Opportunity to earn commission on services once schedule reaches approximately 70–80% booked

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing advanced skin treatments and device-based services

• Conducting in-depth skin assessments

• Creating customized, results-driven treatment plans

• Educating clients on consistent skincare and maintenance

• Recommending and selling professional skincare products

• Building and nurturing a loyal client base

• Collaborating with other practitioners when appropriate

• Maintaining treatment rooms and clinic spaces

• Cleaning and resetting rooms after each client

• Participating in trainings and continuing education

• Supporting the team and clinic operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• RN or NP license in good standing

• Passion for skincare and natural-looking results

• Strong interest in learning aesthetics the right way—from the ground up

• Excellent client communication and bedside manner

• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented personality

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

• Motivated to build a client base and grow within the practice

Prior aesthetic training or experience is strongly preferred, especially with skincare services, devices, or injectables.
