Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Assistant

Job Summary:

In this dual-role position, you will support both the clinical and front office teams—assisting with patient intake, preparing treatment rooms, supporting providers during procedures, scheduling appointments, managing phone and in-person inquiries, and ensuring every patient enjoys a seamless and positive experience from their first call to their final follow-up.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a passion for aesthetics and patient service.
