A growing, high-end aesthetic and wellness practice in North Jersey is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Aesthetic Injector to join their team on a part-time basis (approximately 15–20 hours per week to start), with the opportunity to grow into additional hours over time.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic provider who is confident performing injectable treatments (toxins, fillers, biostimulators) and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced medspa environment. They are hungry to grow with the practice, take an active role in its development, and participate in initiatives such as social media and patient engagement efforts. Interest in the wellness side of medicine is highly valued, as the practice integrates aesthetic care with preventative and regenerative treatments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
- Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and maintenance
- Support additional wellness offerings, including IV therapy, hormone optimization, and medical weight management
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
- Collaborate with the clinical and aesthetic team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New Jersey
- 2+ years of injectable experience
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic technique
- Experience in integrative or functional wellness Treatments
- Comfortable working autonomously in a medical spa setting
- Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
