Spa Manager
Our practice is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is responsible for managing the appointment schedule, driving treatment and membership sales, overseeing staff, and maintaining the luxury standards of the Snatched brand.
The Spa Manager will work closely with ownership to optimize operations, track key performance metrics, and ensure the spa runs efficiently while delivering outstanding service to every client.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in leading a fast-paced aesthetic or luxury service environment with a strong focus on sales, client experience, and team accountability.
This role is ideal for a motivated leader who takes ownership, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and is passionate about contributing to the growth and success of a high-end aesthetic practice.

Qualifications
- Medical Spa or Aesthetic Industry Experience
- Proven Sales & Revenue Management Skills
- Strong Leadership & Team Management
- Operations & Systems Management • Experience with spa software/EMR systems -Zenoti
- Exceptional Client Service Skills • Background in luxury client service or hospitality
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
