Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and patient-focused Dermatology Clinic Manager & Aesthetic Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dermatology and aesthetic practice while also driving the growth and success of our cosmetic services.
This role is a hybrid leadership position that combines clinic operational management with aesthetic patient coordination and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic workflows, supporting clinical staff, managing administrative operations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience while also educating patients on aesthetic treatment options and supporting practice revenue through cosmetic service coordination.
The Clinic Manager & Aesthetic Coordinator will work closely with providers, staff and leadership to optimize clinic performance, enhance patient satisfaction, and support the continued growth of both medical dermatology and cosmetic services.
This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and comfort discussing and recommending aesthetic treatments, pricing, and treatment plans with patients.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Coordinate front office, MAs, and providers
- Optimize workflows, scheduling, and efficiency
Aesthetic Coordination & Sales
- Lead cosmetic consultations and patient education
- Discuss treatments (injectables, lasers, skincare) and pricing
- Support providers in converting consults to booked procedures
- Drive revenue through treatment plans, packages, and product recommendations
- Manage follow-ups and maintain strong patient relationships
Financial & Administrative
- Present treatment pricing and package options
- Track consult conversions and bookings
- Prepare commission and revenue reports
- Support leadership with performance metrics and profitability
Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff
- Manage schedules and team coverage
- Conduct performance reviews and support development
Patient Experience
- Ensure a high-touch, positive patient experience
- Address concerns and resolve escalations
- Communicate clearly on treatments, scheduling, and pricing
Compliance & Operations
- Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Support quality assurance and process improvements
Vendor & Inventory
- Manage vendor relationships
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and retail products
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years managing a medical or aesthetic practice
- Experience in dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics
- Background in cosmetic sales or patient coordination
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and financials
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with injectables, lasers, or energy-based treatments
- Aesthetic consultation/sales background
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Experience in multi-provider clinics
