Busy, established aesthetic clinic known for advanced laser and skin treatments seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our team as we expand our services to include injectables.
This is a unique opportunity for an injector who values clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term relationships in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Unlike many aesthetic clinics that rely on commission-heavy compensation models, we offer a stable, high base salary with meaningful performance-based bonuses—allowing you to focus on patient care, not sales pressure.

Our clinic has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, results-driven skin and laser treatments. As we expand into injectables, we are looking for a provider who shares our philosophy of subtle, sophisticated results and patient-first care.
Compensation
We believe great providers deserve financial stability. For this role we're offering:
- Base salary: ~$100,000 (hourly equivalent)
- Performance + team-based bonuses: up to $50,000–$60,000 annually
- No commission structure
Our bonus model rewards team success, patient experience, and clinical excellence—not individual sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers with a natural aesthetic approach
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term skin health
- Collaborate with our laser and skincare specialists to design comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow best clinical practices
- Provide exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up care
Qualifications
- RN, NP, or PA with active licensure
- Minimum 2 Years experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong aesthetic eye and commitment to natural-looking results
- Passion for patient education and relationship-based care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
- Experience with Clear + Brilliant, Thermage, or CoolPeel a plus
