Our boutique aesthetic plastic surgery practice is seeking an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about delivering a first-class patient experience from the initial inquiry through surgery and recovery. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands that cosmetic surgery is both a medical and emotional journey. We are a new clinician- and scientist-led medical aesthetics practice launching across San Francisco and the Bay Area, with locations in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, and the Burlingame area. Our founding team is made up of plastic surgeons and research scientists from Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and Duke, and every treatment protocol is developed and refined by clinicians and scientists working side by side. Our proprietary in-house AI models automate much of the manual and administrative work, so you spend your time on the things you love: treating patients and perfecting your craft.

This role is best suited for an experienced injector who is clinically thoughtful, confident with patients, excited by continued learning, and energized by the chance to join a science-driven practice at the ground floor. As one of our founding injectors, you'll work directly with the founding team, help shape our treatment protocols and patient experience, and grow with the practice as we scale across the Bay Area.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome patients and create a warm, comfortable, and personalized experience from the moment they arrive
• Room patients, obtain medical histories, vital signs, medications, allergies, and clinical photographs
• Assist the surgeon during consultations, in-office procedures, surgical cases, and post-operative visits
• Provide patient education and support before and after procedures, ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their care
• Prepare patients for surgery, including pre-operative visits, consents, instructions, and garment fittings
• Assist with surgical room preparation, instrument sterilization, medication documentation, and maintaining a safe clinical environment
• Complete accurate medical documentation, EMR updates, superbills, and surgical notes
• Coordinate patient follow-up, prescriptions, lab testing, and medical clearances
• Recommend medical-grade skincare products and aesthetic treatments when appropriate

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams and/or CT exams according to physician orders and established protocols

• For CT technologists, administer IV contrast per physician orders and established safety protocols, including venipuncture and monitoring for contrast reactions when applicable
