Our MedSpa is a boutique luxury nail salon and medical spa opening in Chicago’s South Loop. We’re building a beauty destination where nail artistry and medical aesthetics live under one roof. Our medspa services are designed to feel approachable and luxurious—not clinical or intimidating. We need a practitioner who shares that vision.

The Role

You will be Our founding nurse injector, responsible for performing injectable aesthetic treatments, conducting client consultations, and helping shape the medspa injectable service menu and pricing. This is a unique opportunity to build an injectables program from the ground up within an established luxury brand. You’ll work closely with the owner and under the oversight of our medical director.

What You’ll Do

•       Perform neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify) with precision and artistry—including lip flips, bunny lines, chin dimpling, DAO correction, gummy smile, masseter slimming, platysmal bands/Nefertiti lift, and hyperhidrosis treatments

•       Administer dermal filler treatments for lip enhancement, chin refinement, jawline sculpting, cheek contour restoration, temple filler, tear trough correction, and smile/marionette line softening

•       Perform facial balancing consultations and multi-syringe treatment plans (2–4+ syringes) for structure, symmetry, and proportion

•       Perform biostimulator treatments (Sculptra, Radiesse) for gradual collagen stimulation and long-term rejuvenation

•       Perform all EZ Gel PRF treatments (under-eye, perioral, full-face) and PRF rejuvenation (under-eye, full-face, spot treatments)

•       Perform microneedling with PRF for enhanced collagen induction and skin renewal

•       Perform Pico laser treatments for pigmentation correction, skin rejuvenation, acne scarring, and tattoo remova.

•       Perform PRF hair restoration treatments for scalp rejuvenation and follicle support

•       Conduct injectable consultations, facial balancing consultations, and hair restoration consultations—assess goals, recommend treatments, set realistic expectations, and create personalized treatment plans

•       Develop and manage signature treatment programs including The Balance, The Regenerative Refresh, The Age-Defy Plan, and custom anti-aging transformation plans

•       Collaborate with the aesthetician to create comprehensive client treatment roadmaps combining injectables with skin treatments

•       Maintain compliance with all Illinois regulations, OSHA standards, and HIPAA requirements under the medical director’s oversight

•       Manage injectable inventory, product ordering, and supplier relationships (Allergan, Galderma, Revance, etc.)

•       Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional results and attentive follow-up care

•       Contribute to our content and marketing (with your consent)—before/after photos, educational content, and event presence

What We’re Looking For

•       Active Illinois RN, NP, or PA license (required)

•       Minimum 2 years of experience performing injectable treatments in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting

•       Proven expertise in neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers (required)

•       Experience with biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse) preferred

•       Experience with PRF/PRP treatments and blood draws (preferred) or willingness to train

•       Strong consultation skills—able to listen, educate, and set realistic expectations

•       Deep knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, contraindications, and emergency protocols (vascular occlusion management, hyaluronidase administration)

•       Professional liability (malpractice) insurance or willingness to obtain prior to start

•       Comfortable working in a boutique setting—small team, building from scratch, wearing multiple hats early on

•       Warm, professional demeanor that puts clients at ease—especially first-timers who may be nervous about injectable treatments

Bonus (Nice to Have)

•       Existing client following in the Chicago area

•       Experience with Allergan or Galderma trainer programs or advanced injection certifications

•       Experience with PRF hair restoration treatments

•       Familiarity with Illinois medical director/collaborative agreement requirements for NPs/PAs

•       Social media presence or comfort being featured in educational content

•       Experience with Pico laser or other laser/light-based devices

•       Experience with PDO threads, IV therapy, or other advanced aesthetic procedures
