Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, patient-focused Aesthetic Injector with a strong interest in male aesthetics, regenerative therapies, and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, mastery of technique, and building long-term patient relationships.

You will deliver comprehensive consultations, perform advanced injectable and regenerative treatments, and guide patients through a personalized, results-driven aesthetic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive consultations focused on male facial anatomy, skin health, and individualized aesthetic goals
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with an emphasis on natural, masculine outcomes
• Perform injectable treatments, including:
• Neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®)
• Dermal fillers (hyaluronic acid and biostimulatory fillers)
• Deliver regenerative and advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
• PRP/PRF (facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, ezPRF, ezGEL)
• Microneedling (with and without PRP/PRF)
• Hydrafacial® and medical-grade facials
• Skin rejuvenation and texture optimization protocols
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance plans
• Provide post-procedure care, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, sterility, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with leadership to refine protocols, services, and patient experience
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in aesthetics and regenerative medicine

Qualifications

• Active Nevada license as a Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles (male-focused experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with a discerning male patient population
• Comfortable working independently in a high-autonomy clinical environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
