Experienced Esthetician

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, results-driven skincare services with a luxury, detail-oriented approach in a medical aesthetics environment (within scope of practice). may include custom facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical exfoliation/peels, acne
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses; identify contraindications, obtain informed consent as applicable, and set appropriate expectations regarding outcomes, downtime, and home care.
• Support provider-directed treatment plans by reinforcing pre- and post-procedure instructions and coordinating care with medical providers and the patient care team.
• Assist with laser treatment preparation and post treatment care
• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare and recommend retail products
• Provide front desk, admin, marketing and event support as requested

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Esthetician license
• Minimum 5 years of professional esthetics experience, with experience in a medical aesthetics/medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other provider-led clinical environment
• Demonstrated expertise with advanced facial modalities and consistent, results-driven treatment outcomes.
• Self starter that can contribute to practice Growth. Excellent consultation, communication, and client education skills; confident recommending home-care routines
• Strong reliability and time-management skills; ability to maintain a smooth schedule and elevated service flow.
• High standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
