Aesthetic Injector NP/PA

We are seeking a full-time Aesthetic Injector: Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a high-volume, high-end plastic surgery and aesthetic practice, including skincare and laser services.

This role is ideal for an experienced, patient-focused, results-oriented provider with a strong emphasis on injectable treatments blended with aesthetic surgical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This position goes beyond traditional clinical duties and plays an integral role in educating, supporting, and guiding patients through both their surgical and non-surgical aesthetic journeys.

Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while managing multiple responsibilities and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with surgical procedures as appropriate
• Communicate extensively with patients by phone and in person
• Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide clear, compassionate guidance
• Act as a liaison between the provider and the patient throughout the care process
• Review and reinforce pre-operative and post-operative instructions
• Customize individualized treatment and care plans for non-surgical aesthetic patients
• Support the surgical consultation and treatment process from start to finish
• Promote aesthetic services and surgical outcomes in a professional, patient-centered manner
• Interface with patients’ families and support systems as appropriate
• Build rapport and guide patients through their aesthetic and surgical decision-making process
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire patient experience
