Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Aesthetic Injector: Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a high-volume, high-end plastic surgery and aesthetic practice, including skincare and laser services.
This role is ideal for an experienced, patient-focused, results-oriented provider with a strong emphasis on injectable treatments blended with aesthetic surgical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This position goes beyond traditional clinical duties and plays an integral role in educating, supporting, and guiding patients through both their surgical and non-surgical aesthetic journeys.
Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while managing multiple responsibilities and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical procedures as appropriate
- Communicate extensively with patients by phone and in person
- Explain procedures, answer questions, and provide clear, compassionate guidance
- Act as a liaison between the provider and the patient throughout the care process
- Review and reinforce pre-operative and post-operative instructions
- Customize individualized treatment and care plans for non-surgical aesthetic patients
- Support the surgical consultation and treatment process from start to finish
- Promote aesthetic services and surgical outcomes in a professional, patient-centered manner
- Interface with patients’ families and support systems as appropriate
- Build rapport and guide patients through their aesthetic and surgical decision-making process
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire patient experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments, including Botox and dermal fillers, as well as laser and IPL treatments
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative clinical care for surgical patients
- Perform in-office aesthetic and minor procedures
- Manage and support the injectable consultation and treatment process
- Participate in practice marketing and patient engagement initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service while providing safe, high-quality clinical care
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current, unencumbered licensure
- Prior medical office experience in plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology required
- Demonstrated injectable experience, including Botox and dermal fillers, required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, five days per week
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency
