ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is designed for a clinician who has already invested in, and continues to invest in their own aesthetic education and advancement — someone who arrives ready to perform at a high level from day one. We are not looking to train; we are looking to add a proven expert to our practice. The primary focus of this role is non-invasive and energy-based device treatments ( BBL, MOXI, RF Microneedling, XERF) and minimimally invasive injectables like Botox to start. Once you have proven yourself with the minimally invasive treatments we can more advanced treatments like facial balancing with Filler, PRF EZ gel treatments, Sculptra and Radiesse.

Competitive base pay, with additional commission structure.
Start 2 days/week, with room to advance to full time if desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive and energy-based treatments including BBL photofacial, Moxi laser, Potenza RF microneedling, Skin Pen microneedling, and XERF
- Perform Botox treatments as a complementary service alongside device-based care
- Educate patients on all offerings and confidently promote high-value, multi-step treatment plans
- Collaborate with our Physician owner/injector and support staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Contribute to social media presence — with posts and stories weekly contributions to the practice Instagram
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient charting and documentation in Prospyr (EMR)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical spa experience- Hands-on experience with energy-based aesthetic devices is a MUST — laser, RF, IPL, or microneedling platforms required
- Active, unrestricted California RN, NP or PA license in California. NCCPA certification required for PA candidates
- Minimum 2 years Experience with Botox and/or cosmetic injectable treatments
- Demonstrated history of self-directed learning — advanced device trainings, certifications, or seminars pursued independently
- Strong diagnostic and skin assessment skills; able to evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment protocols independently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — strong follow-through with no need for day-to-day direction
