Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) who is passionate about aesthetics, committed to continued growth, and aligned with a natural, patient-first approach. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their own clientele within a supportive, high-performing environment while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
What You’ll Do
- Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory injectables (e.g., Sculptra)
- Deliver safe, natural-looking results with advanced injection techniques
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term aesthetic planning
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in EMR (Aesthetic Record)
- Participate in content creation (before/afters, social media, marketing initiatives)
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships to drive retention and loyalty
- Collaborate with the team to uphold a luxury, high-touch client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience
- Strong portfolio (Instagram or before/after photos required)
- Proven ability to build and retain a loyal patient base
- Passion for natural, undetectable aesthetic outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Commitment to ongoing education and skill advancement

Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory injectables safely and skillfully
- Deliver natural, refined results aligned with patient goals and facial harmony
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships to drive retention and loyalty
- Document all treatments accurately and maintain compliance with medical standards
- Contribute to practice growth through patient education, content creation, and brand alignment
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience REQUIRED
- Proficiency in neurotoxins and dermal fillers; Sculptra experience
- Strong portfolio (Instagram or before/after photos required)
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first, luxury service mindset
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive to grow a personal clientele
