We are seeking a talented and experienced Aesthetic RN, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) Injector to join our renowned, physician-owned plastic surgery practice in Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and Educate Patients: Assess patients' aesthetic goals and discuss a range of non-surgical treatment options tailored to meet their needs.
- Administer Aesthetic Treatments: Perform advanced non-surgical treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, CO2 laser, PRP, laser hair removal, IPL, chemical peels, and more.
- Patient Coordination and Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) and Growth Leader to support patient care coordination, scheduling, and treatment planning for optimal results.
- Team Training & Support: Provide mentorship and training to clinical and office staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care and safety.
- Social Media and Community Engagement: Contribute to social media marketing, promotional events, and community outreach to help grow the practice's presence and attract new patients.
- Promote Skincare Products: Educate and advise patients on the use of recommended skincare products to complement their aesthetic treatments and maintain long-term results.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with an active provider license in Tennessee.
- 2+ years of experience with medical aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, RF microneedling, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience in surgical patient care within a cosmetic or plastic surgery setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong social media skills for self marketing and patient engagement
- A commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and delivering patient-centered care.
