The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. As the first point of contact for clients, this role involves managing appointments, assisting clients, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area. The Patient Care Coordinator should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries including telephone, email, and website.

Qualifications
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of the latest versions of Microsoft® Office, Google Drive Documents, and medical records.
- Must possess a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Skillful in adapting a well-spoken communication style to interact with a variety of personality types, while ensuring any message is conveyed clearly and concisely.
