We are Southern California’s most technologically-advanced & compassionate chiropractic center, offering safe, approachable, and workable alternatives to spine surgery.
As the lead sales driver for the newly created aesthetics division, this individual plays a critical role in guiding clients through body contouring, fat reduction, and weight loss treatments. This person will serve as a trusted guide—clearly explaining treatment options, associated costs, and expected results, while helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals.
A key part of the role includes proactively calling and following up with leads, whether generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or inquiries, and converting them into booked consultations. This person then conducts those consultations, design customized treatment plans, and close cases with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
This person gathers essential information during initial consultations, develops personalized plans, and presents those plans with confidence and care. This person will be well-versed in the center’s services, timelines, and technologies, and are prepared to offer flexible financial solutions when needed.
Creating a warm, judgment-free environment is key—especially for clients who may feel self-conscious or hesitant. This individual ensures every client feels seen, supported, and empowered in their transformation journey.
Excellent communication is non-negotiable—this person must be the most effective, empathetic, and persuasive communicator in the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting collection and sales goals
- Maintaining manageable and productive schedules
- Recording, reporting, and tracking case presentation results
- Ensuring a high conversion rate and proper follow through on all case presentations
- Following up on pending plans
- Completing all forms and tasks related to cases presentations
