Job Title: Aesthetic Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Reports to: Cosmetic Manager
Position Summary: We’re seeking a talented and experienced Aesthetic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to become a key leader within our high-performing aesthetics team in Reno, NV. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Cosmetic Medical Director and Operations Leadership, helping shape the future of cosmetic medicine in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser therapies, and PRP/PRF with exceptional care and precision.
• Provide clinical oversight, leadership, and mentorship to a team of Registered Nurse Injectors and Aestheticians.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction by upholding gold-standard treatment protocols and clinical quality.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand patient goals and create personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical and operations teams to streamline and elevate the patient journey.
• Educate clients on treatment processes, expectations, and pre/post-care instructions.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Actively participate in local marketing and promotional efforts to build your clientele and professional brand.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Stay current with Nevada state laws, industry standards, and emerging techniques in cosmetic medicine.
• Other duties as assigned by Cosmetic Medical Director or Operational Management
Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements
• 3+ years as a Nurse Practitioner in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinical setting.
• 1+ years experience supervising or mentoring other aesthetic providers.
• Active NP certification and RN license, with advanced aesthetic training.
• Hands-on expertise in neurotoxin injectables, dermal fillers, lasers, and PRP/PRF procedures.
• Dermatology or med spa clinical experience is a strong plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has supervision responsibility, oversight of aesthetic and cosmetic providers in a clinical setting.
