Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our dedicated team, and ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in med spa or aesthetic office management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the med spa, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee scheduling, client management, and front desk operations to optimize client satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate services and maintain seamless operations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in partnership with the marketing team to promote services and drive client retention.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
