Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our dedicated team, and ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in med spa or aesthetic office management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the med spa, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee scheduling, client management, and front desk operations to optimize client satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate services and maintain seamless operations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in partnership with the marketing team to promote services and drive client retention.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in spa or medical office management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Hi there!, I saw your post on the Jobsnob website, and thought I would apply. I moved back to MI from Chicago IL in 2023, after 5 years of Managing Medical Dermatology/Aesthetic Clinics. In 2024 I obtained my Esthetician license, and just recently went back to school to obtain my Instructors license. I currently teach at L'esprit Academy here in Canton, MI, and on the side perform esthetic services here in our in-home spa to stay current on my skills. I am a Certified Laser Technician, as well. My other certifications include Level 1 BiorepeelCl3 topical application protocol, as well as Body Contouring certified. I am working on my Bio Touch Precision Micro-Needling certification, as i currently utilize these modalities on the side.
