Job Description

We are seeking a skillful and patient-focused Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to complement our surgical services with expert injectable treatments. You’ll work closely with surgeons and clinical staff to enhance surgical results and deliver tailored non-surgical facial enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of injectable treatments: neuromodulators, and HA fillers , including advanced techniques like jaw contouring and chin/jowl refinement
- Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations, align treatment plans with surgical goals, and manage pre/post injectable care
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare protocols, and complementary surgical or non-surgical options
- Maintain detail-oriented documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and adhere to high safety/sterility standards
- Build lasting patient relationships, encouraging consistency in treatments, products, and services
- Partner with surgeons and spa staff to coordinate overlapping care and ensure seamless patient experiences
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in Texas (or relocating with license in progress)
- 1+ year experience in medical aesthetics with injectable treatments preferred
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, cosmetic aging, and filler applications
- Collaborative mindset to support a team-driven, surgical-integrated practice
