Located in the heart of Newport Beach, our premier facial plastic surgery practice and luxury medical spa specialize in advanced facial rejuvenation. We are dedicated to delivering natural, artistic results through innovative techniques and personalized care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) aesthetic injector to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional aesthetic injector with a strong foundation and expertise in dermal fillers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of facial anatomy, advanced injection techniques, and a passion for aesthetic medicine. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and be part of a high-end, patient-focused aesthetic environment.
This role requires a balance of strong clinical skills and patient management expertise to ensure treatments are conducted safely and effectively. You will develop tailored treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and address any complications, all while maintaining a patient-centered approach and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer a full range of injectable treatments with a strong emphasis on dermal fillers (cheeks, chin, jawline, lips, under eyes, temples, etc.).
- Deliver safe, consistent, and natural-looking results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical and spa teams to provide comprehensive aesthetic solutions.
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in California.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine with a focus on dermal fillers. Prior experience in a plastic surgery setting is preferred.
- Proven success in retail product sales and a strong understanding of medical-grade skincare.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic proportions.
- Professional, polished, and confident communicator.
- Strong work ethic with a patient-centered approach.
