Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York (DEA eligible or active)
  • 3+ years of NP experience (meeting NY independence requirements)
  • Hands-on experience with injectables (neuromodulators required; PRP/PRF a plus)
  • Familiarity or interest in hormone optimization, TRT, and metabolic health
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and bedside manner
  • Comfortable mentoring or guiding other clinical staff
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
