Aesthetician
Job Info
Job Description
This modern longevity and aesthetics-focused studio is designed to help clients look vibrant, feel strong, and live fully at every stage of life. The practice combines advanced clinical care with a thoughtfully designed, welcoming environment to deliver exceptional outcomes across skin health, injectables, laser treatments, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and recovery services.
The care model is physician-directed, provider-led, and results-driven, with a focus on long-term skin health rather than one-time treatments.
The Role
The practice is seeking a skilled, client-focused Licensed Aesthetician with experience in both foundational skincare services and laser technologies.
This role blends hands-on esthetics with advanced device-based treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, confident operating laser platforms, and committed to delivering measurable, natural results.
This provider serves as a trusted advisor to clients—creating personalized treatment plans, collaborating closely with injectors and wellness providers, and supporting long-term membership retention.

- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on post-care protocols and long-term skin health strategies
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within EMR systems
- Adhere to all safety standards, device guidelines, and infection control protocols
Integrated Care & Collaboration
- Collaborate with injectors and wellness providers to create comprehensive skin plans

- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Sales confidence balanced with integrity and a client-first mindset
- Professional polish aligned with an elevated yet welcoming environment
What Sets This Role Apart
- Commitment to exceptional client outcomes over transactional services
- Confidence with both hands-on treatments and advanced aesthetic technology
- Long-term relationship and retention-focused mindset
- Growth-oriented and excited to be part of a scaling platform
- Comfortable partnering with best-in-class vendors and technologies
