Key Responsibilities
- Greet and room patients, fostering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere aligned with our luxury standards, Prepare exam rooms before appointments, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each procedure, Clean and reset rooms promptly after each patient visit, maintaining a seamless and spotless environment, Draw up botox, prepare fillers, and assemble necessary supplies efficiently and accurately for aesthetic treatments, Assist providers during procedures, anticipating needs and maintaining a smooth patient flow, Support the rapid pace of our busy clinic while upholding high-quality care and service
Qualifications
- Current medical assistant certification required, Minimum of one year experience in a medical assistant or similar role, preferably within an aesthetic or fast-paced clinical setting, Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering luxury service, Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
