Location: Seattle (primary), with flexibility to support other locations as needed
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus potential

Position Overview
The Assistant Manager will serve as a key operational leader and right-hand support to practice leadership. This role requires strong follow-through, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. You will help drive daily operations, support team performance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a direct support partner to leadership, ensuring initiatives and priorities are executed efficiently
- Lead and support day-to-day clinic operations with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Partner with clinical and front-desk teams to maintain smooth workflows and high standards of service
- Utilize data and reporting tools to support performance tracking and business decisions
- Assist with scheduling, staffing support, and cross-location coordination as needed
- Ensure follow-through on projects, processes, and operational improvements
- Support a positive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Experience in a medspa, aesthetic, or healthcare operations role strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills; comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel and related systems
- Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-evolving role
- Team player with a humble, growth-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
