Aesthetic Injector NP/PA
Job Info
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and detail-driven NP or PA Aesthetic Injector to join a growing, well-established aesthetic practice. This role is ideal for an injector who values artistry as much as anatomy, thrives in a patient-centered environment, and believes subtle, refined results are the gold standard. We have an excellent reputation, low turnover, and a collaborative team.
About the Role
As an Aesthetic NP or PA Injector, you will deliver advanced injectable treatments while building long-term patient relationships rooted in trust, education, and exceptional outcomes. You will collaborate closely with an experienced aesthetic team to uphold the highest standards of safety, technique, and overall patient experience.
What’s Offered
- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
- Access to premium injectable products and advanced aesthetic devices
- Ongoing paid training and professional development
- A supportive, collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
- The opportunity to build a loyal patient following within a respected aesthetic platform
Ideal Candidate
You are confident yet coachable, artistic yet clinical, experienced but always eager to refine your craft. You understand that aesthetics is both medicine and art, and you take pride in enhancing rather than transforming patients.
This is a full-time, W-2 position with a well-established aesthetic organization (10+ years) and offers the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the early growth of a newer location. The schedule is a 3–4 day work week, with the option to increase days as your patient base grows. Ongoing advanced training is provided to support long-term clinical excellence and career development.
This role is ideal for an injector seeking stability, brand support, and the rare opportunity to help shape and grow a location with the backing of a proven, respected aesthetic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative therapies
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized, natural-looking treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and post-care
- Stay current on aesthetic techniques, trends, and product innovations
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and strict adherence to medical protocols
- Contribute to a high-touch, luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on injectable experience in a medical aesthetics setting
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Illinois
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
- Strong aesthetic eye with a preference for natural, refined outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and bedside manner
- Comfort working in a high-end, performance-driven environment
