Lead Nurse Practitioner (Clinical Lead)

We’re launching a modern, hospitality-driven men’s wellness brand in New York City — focused on anti-aging, longevity, and performance through evidence-based, protocolized care. This is our first flagship location, with plans to scale nationally.

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve as our Lead Clinical Provider — a foundational hire who wants to help build clinical systems, set standards, and grow with the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, patient-first care in a concierge-style environment
• Consult, evaluate, and treat using non-invasive, protocol-driven services including:
  • Neuromodulators
  • PRP / PRF (hair & skin)
  • Microneedling
  • IV therapy
• Lead men’s hormone & metabolic programs (low-T pathways, GLP-1s) - training can be provided
• Order and interpret labs; create clear, goal-aligned treatment plans
• Partner with the Medical Director to build and refine clinical protocols
• Train and oversee RNs/MAs; uphold safety and compliance standards
• Support brand growth through polished, educational content

Who You Are

• NY-licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority (DEA eligible/active)
• 2+ years NP experience with hands-on aesthetics
• Confident with neuromodulators and PRP (PRF/PRFM a plus)
• Comfortable mentoring others and helping build systems
• Professional, polished, and patient-centric
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in early-stage environments

Schedule

• On-site role, 4–5 days/week
• 8–10 hour shifts
