This concept blends advanced aesthetic treatments with hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and preventative care in a modern, patient-first environment.

This is a unique opportunity to join as a founding clinical provider, working closely with leadership to shape protocols, elevate the patient experience, and play a key role in the growth of the practice.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who brings both strong clinical expertise and a patient-first mindset. This role is ideal for someone confident in aesthetics and interested in expanding into hormone optimization, metabolic health, and regenerative treatments.

You’ll serve as one of the lead Nurse Practitioners on-site, delivering high-quality care while contributing to the development of clinical protocols and overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Treatments

• Perform comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer treatments including:
  • Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
  • PRP/PRF for hair and skin
  • Microneedling and other regenerative treatments
  • IV therapy and wellness services
• Support hormone and metabolic programs (TRT, GLP-1s, and related therapies)
• Order and interpret labs, translating results into clear, goal-oriented plans
• Deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven patient experience

Clinical Leadership

• Partner with the Medical Director to develop and refine clinical protocols
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and NY practice standards
• Oversee and support clinical staff (RNs/MAs) within scope
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and patient care
• Manage complications or adverse events when necessary

Growth & Brand Contribution

• Contribute to key performance metrics and overall clinic success
• Participate in light educational content (optional, no following required)
• Support a collaborative, startup-style environment with evolving responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York (DEA eligible or active)
• 3+ years of NP experience (meeting NY independence requirements)
• Hands-on experience with injectables (neuromodulators required; PRP/PRF a plus)
• Familiarity or interest in hormone optimization, TRT, and metabolic health
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and bedside manner
• Comfortable mentoring or guiding other clinical staff
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($180K–$220K) + bonus + commission
