Job Description

About the Practice

This modern longevity and aesthetics-focused wellness studio is designed to help clients look vibrant, feel strong, and live fully at every stage of life. The practice blends advanced medical expertise with a curated, welcoming environment to deliver exceptional outcomes across injectables, regenerative aesthetics, hormone optimization, metabolic health, recovery, and skin wellness.

The care model is built on two core principles:

  • Exceptional Client Outcomes — consistent, natural results delivered through clinical precision and highly personalized care
  • Partnering with the Best — collaboration with best-in-class vendors, technology partners, and top clinical talent to elevate standards across every studio

The organization is experiencing rapid growth, with multiple studios in the Atlanta market and national expansion underway.

The Role

This practice is seeking an experienced, outcomes-driven Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a strong background practicing in aesthetic injectables to join its clinical team.

This is not a transactional injector role. Providers serve as long-term aesthetic advisors—building trusted relationships, designing comprehensive treatment strategies, and delivering refined, natural results aligned with each client’s broader aesthetic and wellness goals.

The ideal candidate pairs clinical mastery with aesthetic artistry and thrives in a high-performance, hospitality-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence & Outcomes

  • Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized, long-term aesthetic treatment plans
  • Deliver consistent, natural, outcomes-focused results aligned with clinical standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation within EMR systems in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Monitor results, manage follow-ups, and proactively refine treatment strategies
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and Medical Director protocols

Integrated Care & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with wellness, hormone, peptide, laser, and facial providers to create comprehensive care plans
  • Contribute to a team culture centered on accountability, excellence, and retention
  • Support membership growth through consultative, education-driven care

Brand & Partnership Alignment

  • Represent a welcoming, clinically guided environment with professionalism and polish
  • Utilize best-in-class products and technologies from industry-leading partners
  • Participate in ongoing clinical education, vendor training, and skill advancement
  • Contribute to building a best-in-class clinical team as the platform scales
Qualifications
  • Active Georgia license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • 2+ Years Demonstrated experience in aesthetic injectables
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic best practices
  • Experience in a medspa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic preferred
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
  • Strong consultation and communication skills
  • High level of clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Growth mindset and desire to be part of a rapidly expanding organization
What Sets This Role Apart
  • Commitment to exceptional client outcomes over volume-driven treatments
  • Long-term, relationship-oriented approach to aesthetics
  • Clinical precision paired with refined aesthetic judgment
  • Comfort working alongside top-tier vendors and technologies
  • Performance-driven mindset with a focus on retention and studio growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
  • Educate patients on treatments, post-care instructions, and potential side effects
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine

Qualifications

  • Active NP/APRN license; aesthetic certification preferred
  • Hands-on proficiency with IV therapy, venipuncture, and suturing
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to aesthetics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with patients
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
