Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Business Manager to oversee all aspects of a high-end medical aesthetics and specialty healthcare practice. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about operational excellence, staff development, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily practice operations, ensuring seamless patient experiences
- Manage, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with providers on scheduling, workflow, and patient care protocols
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Drive marketing, business development, and community outreach initiatives
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, patient retention, and provider utilization
- Develop and maintain SOPs to support scalability and operational consistency
- Partner with ownership on strategic planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives
- Oversee vendor relationships, inventory, and cost management
- Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and corrective actions when necessary
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between providers, staff, and leadership
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based Incentive Bonus (contingent on experience)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in aesthetics, cosmetic, plastic surgery, or healthcare management
- Proven experience in healthcare or medical aesthetics practice management, ideally in regenerative medicine, medspa, cosmetic, or specialty healthcare
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
