A growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Frisco, TX, is seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA preferred) to join their team. This role offers a competitive base pay plus commission, with additional performance-based bonuses. Employees receive accrued PTO, holiday pay, ongoing training, and fantastic perks, including employee treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Juvederm, Restylane, and RHA
- Provide wellness services: GLP-1s, peptides (NAD+, Semorelin, B12), IV therapy, and BioTe bio-identical hormone therapy
- Educate patients on medical-grade skincare (Revision, ZO, Nutrafol) and support product sales
- Partner with operations and marketing teams to support client acquisition
- Contribute to content creation and educational materials
- Participate in ongoing training for new services, devices, and clinical skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience required
- Texas Licensed NP or PA preferred; highly experienced RNs considered
- Proven ability to build and retain a patient base; relationship-driven and focused on loyalty
- Strong understanding of marketing flow—from lead generation to patient conversion
- Comfortable and excited to participate in content creation and education
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in consultation and treatment planning
