We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as Clinic Director for a next-generation aesthetic and functional wellness center. This is a unique patient-facing, leadership opportunity for a provider passionate about longevity, functional wellness, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
You’ll join a team led by seasoned executives in wellness and medical aesthetics, working in a modern, experiential clinic designed for comprehensive patient care. Our culture prioritizes innovation, holistic health, and excellence in every aspect of the patient journey.
As Clinic Director, you will oversee clinical treatments, manage patient care protocols, conduct wellness assessments for GLP1 and peptide patients, interpret lab results to optimize patient care, and support aesthetic procedures if qualified. You will serve as the primary clinical authority on-site and play a central role in shaping patient care standards as the practice grows.
This fully clinical, supervisory, and patient-facing role encompasses functional medicine, longevity treatments, and aesthetic services (if experienced). You will lead GFE and wellness evaluations, ensure protocol compliance, provide patient education, and have the opportunity to influence clinical offerings and team development as the practice expands.
Schedule
- Full-time, 30+ hours/week on-site
- Some weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, including labs, blood draws, and body composition assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans including peptides, GLP-1 therapies, HRT/TRT, and evidence-based longevity protocols
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, safety considerations, and lifestyle recommendations
- Oversee all clinical operations, compliance, and safety protocols
- Maintain and refine clinical workflows and documentation standards
- Provide ongoing follow-up care and patient support
Qualifications
- Active Georgia NP/APRN or PA license in good standing
- Experience in aesthetics or prescribing GLP-1s, peptides, HRT/TRT, or other longevity treatments
- Strong knowledge of wellness medicine and patient-centered care
- Skilled in venipuncture, IV therapies, and injectable procedures
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Full-time on-site, some weekend availability required
