Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of a new boutique property. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in creating memorable guest experiences, building a passionate team, and shaping the culture of a high-touch, service-focused property.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Operations
- Lead all day-to-day operations with a focus on personalized, high-touch service
- Set the tone for an engaging, boutique guest experience
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements that enhance satisfaction
- Oversee pre-opening preparations and establish operational systems and culture
Financial & Business Management
- Develop and manage annual budgets and revenue goals
- Monitor performance metrics, labor costs, and overall profitability
- Partner with sales and marketing to drive occupancy and revenue targets
Team Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, hire, and develop a dedicated, guest-focused team
- Build schedules and workflows that support both efficiency and service quality
- Lead coaching, performance management, and recognition programs
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ownership
Property & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with operational and brand standards
- Manage property improvements to maintain boutique quality and aesthetic
- Maintain proficiency with property management and HR systems

Education
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in boutique or full-service hospitality

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements typical of hospitality operations
- Must be 21+ years of age and Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background and driving record check
