  • Address and manage any complications or adverse reactions, escalating to the Clinical Director as needed.
  • Adhere to Illinois scope of practice laws.
  • Ensure proper charting, documentation, and informed consent for all procedures.
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and IDFPR guidelines and maintain compliance with advertising and communication standards.
  • Support and educate team members on techniques and client safety.
  • Administer and recommend medical-grade skincare and anti-aging treatments based on individual client needs.
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Collaborate with front desk and marketing teams to promote treatments and specials.
  • Collaborate with estheticians and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assist in creating social media content that supports client education and engagement.

Here are some of the skills that we are looking for:

  • APRN, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license with FPA (Full Practice Authority) active in Illinois.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience administering injectables (or willingness to complete advanced training).
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and injection techniques.
  • Excellent communication and bedside manner to provide a luxury client experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and adhere to Illinois NP practice laws.
  • Certified in advanced injection techniques (preferred).
  • Experience conducting laser treatments (a plus).
  • Background in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine
