Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Aesthetic Provider to join our thriving medical spa. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for a results-oriented Senior/Medical Aesthetician, Registered Nurse, or similarly qualified professional with 3+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, particularly with energy-based and laser devices.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care, driving revenue growth, and leading the aesthetics department. This unique opportunity blends clinical excellence, leadership, and strategic sales development. You’ll play an integral part in serving our clients, driving revenue, and developing the department. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored treatment plans for clients, leveraging a deep understanding of aesthetic services and devices.
  • Drive sales by educating clients on the benefits of treatments, products, and packages, with a focus on building long-term relationships and maximizing client retention.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing personalized recommendations and ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Actively promote the spa’s services, driving sales goals, upselling services and products, and working to increase client loyalty.
  • Developing systems and processes to help foster long-term success for spa and medical personnel.
  • Monitor departmental performance, including client satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and sales targets, reporting regularly to ownership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician, Registered Nurse, or other trained personnel, specializing in energy and laser treatments.
  • Valid WV state license with certification in laser and energy-based devices.
  • In-depth knowledge of treatment planning, client care, and performance tracking. Proven experience in a sales-driven environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and train a team effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients while promoting services and products.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
