Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be the first and last impression for every guest. You'll play a critical role in creating a five-star experience, from warmly greeting clients and managing appointments to recommending services and supporting our sales goals. This is a full-time position requiring consistent availability during business hours, typically Monday-Thursday from 8:30AM-4:30PM or 10:00AM-6:00PM. This role may not be suitable for candidates planning to pursue school or outside programs that limit availability during business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they walk in
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Educate clients on our services, skincare products, and promotions to support sales goals
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with clarity, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate scheduling in our booking system
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role (med spa, spa, or hospitality experience is a plus)
  • A passion for luxury customer service and a natural ability to connect with people
  • A team player with a positive attitude who leads with kindness and integrity
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused
