Join our esteemed team at Lasky Clinic, a premier destination for facial plastic surgery and aesthetic excellence in Beverly Hills.We are seeking a polished, proactive, and personable Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring each patient experiences the highest standard of care from their first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist patients, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and handling inquiries with discretion.
- Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments, optimizing the clinic's calendar.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and consent forms, ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to prepare for patient visits, including verifying necessary documentation.
- Support special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting the clinic's commitment to excellence.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
