Influencer & Partnership Coordination

• Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and patient advocates.
• Coordinate campaigns, content deliverables, and partnership timelines.
• Track campaign performance and ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Analyze social media performance, engagement, audience growth, and campaign results.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, providers, and leadership teams on campaigns, launches, and educational initiatives.

Qualifications

The Practice Operations Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for maintaining the infrastructure, performance, and growth systems that power our practice.
