We are seeking a Medical Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our high-volume, state-of-the-art medical spa located in the heart of beautiful Pensacola, Florida. Our 7,500 sq. ft. facility is home to a team of experienced providers offering the latest in medical-grade skincare, injectables, and advanced technologies.

Position Summary:
The Medical Spa Manager will lead a team of ~20 staff members, including administrative, aesthetic, and clinical personnel. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, team development, client satisfaction, and business performance. Reporting to the ownership, you will drive innovation, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of ~20 employees
- Lead and motivate staff through team meetings, performance reviews, and incentive programs
- Ensure exceptional client experience by resolving concerns and monitoring service quality
- Manage scheduling, supplies, vendor relationships, and general day-to-day spa operations
- Handle payroll, bill payments, and financial reporting (including P&L, KPIs)
- Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to ownership
- Research new treatments, products, and workflow improvements
- Ensure ongoing education, certifications, and regulatory compliance
- Organize regular staff meetings by department to foster collaboration and address feedback
- Track costs and efficiencies related to labor, consumables, and product usage
- Oversee training plans for new hires and new technology rollouts
- Attend spa industry meetings and implement relevant insights
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a management role within a medical spa or healthcare-related business
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and industry-specific software
- Knowledge of healthcare safety standards and spa regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage time effectively
- Customer service-oriented and team-focused
