Key Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Answer multi-line phone system and manage patient inquiries with professionalism
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
  • Accurately enter and update patient information in the EMR system
  • Collect documentation and consent forms during check-in
  • Manage invoices, collect payments, and check out patients post-treatment

Front Office Coordinator Requirements

  • Previous experience as a front office coordinator or in a similar administrative healthcare role
  • Familiarity with medical front office coordinator duties in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spa setting
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and non-surgical treatments (e.g., injectables, laser therapy, facials)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
