Refund Policy

Due to the immediate costs associated with job posting distribution, candidate marketing, and platform administration, all JobSnob Job Board purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a JobSnob Job Board package, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

In the event a posting fails to publish as a result of a verified technical error attributable to JobSnob, the purchaser may notify JobSnob at info@jobsnob.com within seven (7) days of purchase. JobSnob will, at its sole discretion, republish the posting or issue an account credit of equivalent value. No cash refunds will be issued.

This Refund Policy applies only to the JobSnob Job Board. Concierge recruitment services are governed by the separate written agreement executed by each employer.
