Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Injector to join our growing, high-performing team. This role is ideal for a provider who delivers results with artistry, leads with confidence, and understands the balance between clinical excellence and luxury experience.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must be a licensed NP or PA in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience
- Mastery in:
- Neuromodulators (wrinkle relaxers)
- Dermal fillers
- Biostimulatory treatments
- Microneedling & RF Microneedling (Pixel8)
- PRP & PRF
- Exosomes
- Laser devices + Sciton BBL/MOXI
- Full facial balancing
- Able to conduct comprehensive, confident consultations
- Strong ability to educate, connect with, recommend, and convert treatment plans
- Proven track record of high patient satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling/RF microneedling, PRP/PRF, exosomes, and Lasers/Sciton BBL/MOXI.
- Conduct comprehensive, confidence-driven consultations to create personalized, results-oriented treatment plans.
- Deliver full facial balancing with precision, safety, and an eye for natural, harmonious outcomes.
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term plans while maintaining strong conversion and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the team, contributing to a positive, proactive, and solutions-focused environment.
- Participate in social media content creation and maintain a professional, brand-aligned presence to support practice growth.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) ONLY in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience in a clinical or medspa setting.
- Proven proficiency in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, RF microneedling (Pixel8), PRP/PRF, exosomes, and laser modalities including Sciton BBL/MOXI.
- Strong clinical judgment with a refined aesthetic eye and the ability to perform full facial assessments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, connect with, recommend, and convert comprehensive treatment plans.
- Confident, professional presence with a track record of teamwork, initiative, and patient satisfaction.
