Job Description
Our Plastic Surgery office is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who brings exceptional customer service, strong sales skills, and is positive and team-focused.
Ideal candidates will have experience in sales or within a plastic surgery/medical aesthetics practice and present with a neat and professional appearance. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative and personable with excellent communication skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage check-in/check-out, phone calls, and scheduling of consultations and follow-ups.
- Process payments, maintain accurate patient records, and handle daily administrative tasks.
- Support providers and clinical staff by coordinating patient flow and communication.
- Assist with patient correspondence, follow-up calls, and concierge-level service needs.
- Maintain an immaculate reception area that reflects the elegance and professionalism of the practice.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a luxury service environment (plastic surgery, aesthetics, or high-end hospitality strongly preferred).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- A warm, engaging personality with a “no task too small” mindset.
