We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Operations Leader to oversee and optimize the operations of our growing multi-location aesthetic and surgical practice. With three thriving clinics and a fourth on the horizon, this role will extend across the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring travel between offices to ensure seamless operational excellence, exceptional patient experiences, and strategic scalability.

Requirements
Clinic Operations & Workflow
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of 3 clinics, ensuring alignment with brand and quality standards.
Standardize processes and workflows to improve patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and cross-site consistency. - Partner with Practice Managers to identify bottlenecks, implement workflow improvements, and streamline communication between teams.
- Build and oversee a remote call center to centralize scheduling, lead management, and patient communications.
- Develop and maintain operational SOPs, ensuring each location runs at peak efficiency.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and support Practice Managers, Front Office Leads, and administrative staff across locations.
- Establish KPIs and performance review systems that encourage accountability and growth.
- Create clear career paths, ongoing training, and development opportunities to elevate team skillsets.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered, and collaborative culture that aligns with the practice’s core values.
Financial & Business Operations
- Partner closely with leadership to monitor revenue performance, profitability, and operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvements, and margin optimization.
- Ensure accurate tracking of key metrics (e.g., patient retention, utilization, conversion rates).
Patient Experience & Quality
- Ensure each location delivers a consistent, elevated experience for every patient—from consultation through post-treatment.
- Partner with leadership and clinical teams to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Analyze patient feedback and implement initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the escalation point for patient or operational issues requiring leadership oversight.
Expansion & Strategic Projects
- Drive operational readiness for the opening of new clinics, including staffing, systems, and training.
- Lead special projects, new technology implementation, and process redesign initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and clinical teams to align growth strategies with operational capacity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably within aesthetics, dermatology, or multi-site healthcare (however not required)
- Proven success managing multi-location operations (3+ sites) and leading teams of 40+ employees
- Deep understanding of patient flow, KPIs, financial reporting, and operational scaling
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
