Job Description
Our Medical Spa is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Spa Director to lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of our high-end medical spa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and team development within a medical aesthetics or wellness setting. This role is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, increasing profitability, improving patient experience, and driving overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership - Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. - Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to increase revenue, expand service off

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare leadership
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and execute business plans.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments and compliance requirements. Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
