Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- - Develop and implement monthly and quarterly social media strategies that reflect practice objectives and initiatives, - Schedule, publish, and manage engaging content across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, - Monitor social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant to our audience, - Engage thoughtfully with followers to foster community and build brand loyalty, - Collaborate closely with an external marketing team to align messaging and campaigns, - Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal growth and engagement, - Maintain a consistent and professional practice image through all online interactions
Qualifications
- - Proven experience in social media management for brands or organizations, - Strong graphic design and content creation skills with an eye for aesthetic appeal, - Proficiency with scheduling tools and social media analytics platforms, - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, - Experience in the medical aesthetics or health and wellness industry a plus, - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
